Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing llmgateway.lol or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for that organisation.

2. The Service

LLM Gateway provides a unified API and management surface for third-party large language model providers. Model outputs are generated by those third parties, and the Service is provided on an as-available basis. We may add, change or retire a provider or model as vendors change their own offerings.

3. Accounts

Accounts are created with Google sign-in. You are responsible for the activity under your account, for keeping API keys secret and for rotating any key that may have been exposed.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown in United States dollars and exclude any taxes that apply in your jurisdiction. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break the law, infringe intellectual property, or generate content that harms others;
• circumvent the rate limits, safety systems or usage policies of a model provider;
• resell raw model access in a way that misrepresents its origin;
• probe, disrupt or overload the Service or the infrastructure of a provider.

6. Intellectual property

You keep the rights to the prompts, data and applications you bring to the Service. We keep the rights to the gateway, its documentation and the website. Third-party models remain the property of their providers and are subject to their terms.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or business opportunities. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
