Refund Policy
How refunds work for llmgateway.lol subscriptions, including first-period refunds, annual plans and how to request one.

1. Summary
If the Service does not work for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of a charge and we will return it, provided the plan has not been used for sustained production traffic.
2. Monthly plans
First monthly payments are refundable within 14 days of the charge. Renewal payments are refundable when requested before the new period has been used; partial periods are not refunded on a pro-rata basis.
3. Annual plans
Annual plans follow the same 14 day window for a full refund. After that window, unused whole months can be refunded at our discretion when you cancel, and the two free months included in the annual price are not refundable.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@llmgateway.lol from the address on your account with the invoice reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within five to ten business days depending on the issuer.
5. Exceptions
We may decline a refund where there is evidence of abuse, where the account has been suspended for breaking the Terms, or where a chargeback has already been filed. Provider usage already purchased from a third-party vendor cannot be refunded by us.
