1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what information llmgateway.lol ("we", "us") collects when you use the Service, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It covers the website, the gated playground on the home page and your account area.

2. Information we collect

We keep collection to the minimum needed to run the Service.

• Account data from Google sign-in: your name, email address, profile image URL and Google account identifier.
• Subscription and billing data: plan, billing interval, subscription status and identifiers issued by our payment processor. We never receive or store full card numbers.
• Usage data: API keys you create, models and providers you route to, token counts, latency and cost records attached to each request.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and timestamps recorded in server logs for security and abuse prevention.

3. What stays in your browser

The playground on the home page is a demonstration. The prompts, providers, settings and responses you see there are generated in your browser and are not uploaded to us.

Only content you explicitly attach to an account, such as a saved key or a routing policy, is transmitted to our infrastructure and processed to provide that feature.

4. How we use information

We use the data above to authenticate you, provide and meter the Service, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, respond to support requests and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your prompts or API traffic to train models.

5. Sharing

We share data with processors that operate the Service, including our authentication provider (Google), our payment processor (Stripe), our hosting and database providers, and the model providers that serve the requests you route. Each processor receives only what it needs to perform its function.

6. Retention

Account records are kept while your account exists. Usage and cost records are kept for the current and previous billing periods, or longer where required for accounting. Server logs are rotated on a short schedule.

7. Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can close your account at any time. Deleting an account removes account records and revokes the sessions and keys attached to it.
